We accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Unstitched Sarees, Salwar Kameez, Dresses, and Men’s Wear – can be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

❌ Non-Returnable Products:

  • Customized or Stitched Items (includes blouse stitching, salwar kameez tailoring, lehenga fitting, men's custom tailoring)

  • Accessories (e.g., jewelry, belts, stoles, etc.)

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance events

  • International orders (unless defective/damaged)

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues on unstitched items

  • Wrong product received

  • Defective or damaged items (must notify within 24 hours of delivery with photos)

Please note: We do not offer exchanges for stitched/customized items.

Refunds are processed only:

  • When eligible return items are received and passed quality check.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be made via UPI/Bank Transfer after return approval.

  • Once a product is stitched or customized, it becomes non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Please double-check measurements and styling preferences before confirming stitching/custom orders.

🚚 Return Process

  1. Email us at glanzaviinfo@gmail.com or WhatsApp with your Order ID and reason for return.

  2. Share clear images if the item is defective/damaged.

  3. Our team will confirm eligibility and share return shipping instructions.

  4. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective/wrong.
