We accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions:
β Eligible Products:
Unstitched Sarees, Salwar Kameez, Dresses, and Menβs Wear β can be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
β Non-Returnable Products:
Customized or Stitched Items (includes blouse stitching, salwar kameez tailoring, lehenga fitting, men's custom tailoring)
Accessories (e.g., jewelry, belts, stoles, etc.)
Products purchased during sale or clearance events
International orders (unless defective/damaged)

π Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
Size issues on unstitched items
Wrong product received
Defective or damaged items (must notify within 24 hours of delivery with photos)
Please note: We do not offer exchanges for stitched/customized items.

Refunds are processed only:
When eligible return items are received and passed quality check.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7β10 working days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be made via UPI/Bank Transfer after return approval.

Once a product is stitched or customized, it becomes non-returnable and non-refundable.
Please double-check measurements and styling preferences before confirming stitching/custom orders.

Share clear images if the item is defective/damaged.
Our team will confirm eligibility and share return shipping instructions.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective/wrong.
